Indoor-Outdoor Functional Trainer
I am a 32 year old Nevada County native, who is passionate about athletics and health. In Nevada County there are many outdoor activities, which is what helps make this area great.
My family has always been a very active one and I think this is where I got my excitement for sports and exercise. Having spent many years here, I want to give back to the community that has given so much to me. After going through some various sports injuries myself, they have given me a passion for rehabilitation, which is all part of trying to get back to the things I love to do.
